First Appointment (initial assessment):

  • Nutritional anamnesis development (Interview with the patient to obtain detailed information about their health status, dietary habits, goals, hydration level, physical activity, frequency of eating out, and previous experiences with nutritional consultations.)

  • Guide for taking measurements and weight at home (if they don't have access to bioimpedance measurements.)

  • Review and analysis of anthropometric data (if available.)

  • Review of the most recent laboratory tests.

  • Delivery of personalized nutritional recommendations focusing on habit changes, hydration, exercise frequency, eating out habits, and key aspects that need to be modified according to the patient's health status and goals.

  • Establishment of goals and definition of short-term and long-term objectives.

Second Follow-up Appointment:

  • Evaluation of changes made by the patient since the previous consultation.

  • Delivery and explanation of the nutritional meal plan according to the goals and objectives established in the first appointment.

  • Explanation of the list of nutritional exchanges and portions.

  • Addressing patient's questions and clarifications.

Third Follow-up Appointment:

  • Evaluation of changes in the patient across different areas: body composition, habit modification, laboratory tests, digestive improvement, increased energy levels, among others.

  • Review of adherence to the meal plan and delivery of a new plan with modifications, if necessary.

  • Explanation of how to read nutrition labels and sending of information on the topic.

Fourth Follow-up Appointment:

  • Evaluation of changes in the patient across different areas: body composition, habit modification, laboratory tests, digestive improvement, increased energy levels, among others.

  • Review of adherence to the meal plan and delivery of a new plan with modifications, if necessary.

  • Nutritional recommendations for making the best choices when eating out.

  • Sending a recipe collection of healthy preparations.

  • Initial recommendations for changing daily habits.
